Colombian Fest

Colombian Fest takes place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 2400 Chisholm Trail Rd, Round Rock, TX 78681.

Gates open at 9:00 AM and the festival runs until 9:00 PM.

A full day of Colombian culture — live music, authentic Colombian food and a lineup of vendors. The main show plays across 3 huge screens so you never miss a moment, wherever you are on the grounds.

Yes — Colombian Fest has three vendor tiers, all operating from a 10x10 ft tent:

Informational & Services — $100
Desserts, Crafts & Products — $250
Food Vendors — $550

Pick the tier that matches your operation. Categories may be reclassified during review based on your products, equipment and operational needs.

For professionals, companies or organizations promoting their services or sharing information — lawyers, insurance agencies, real estate, financial services, community organizations and other approved services.

This tier does not allow product sales and does not include electrical access. You bring your own 10x10 tent, table, chairs, trash can and promotional material.

For simple-operation desserts (obleas, strawberries with cream, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, approved coffee), crafts (bags, bracelets, shoes), tech products and natural products previously approved.

No electrical access. If your operation requires energy, refrigeration, freezing or heating, your application may be reclassified to the Food Vendors $550 tier.

Not allowed: prepared food, empanadas, raspados, cholados, limonadas, helados, drinks other than approved coffee, alcohol.

For food vendors operating from a 10x10 tent (no food trucks) — prepared meals, empanadas, raspados, cholados, limonadas, helados, approved non-alcoholic drinks, and products requiring refrigeration, freezing or energy.

Includes energy access (subject to availability). Food permits, certifications, tent, tables, chairs, utensils and hygiene supplies are the vendor's responsibility.

Not allowed: alcohol of any kind, gas tanks, undeclared products.

No. Alcohol sales are exclusive to the festival organization. No vendor, in any category, may sell beer, liquor, cocktails or any alcoholic beverages.

Each vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the permits, certifications, licenses or registrations applicable to their products or services.

Informational & Services ($100): a valid ID. A Texas sales tax permit is optional.

Desserts, Crafts & Products ($250): a valid ID. For any food items, a Food Handler certification. Food/health permit and Texas sales tax permit are optional.

Food Vendors ($550): a valid ID, a food/health permit, and a Food Handler or Food Manager certification. Texas sales tax permit is optional.

Mandatory schedule:

• Arrive at 6:30 AM for setup
• Be fully set up before 8:00 AM
• Festival opens at 9:00 AM
• Minimum stay until 7:00 PM (you can stay later, but cannot leave before)
• Clean and clear the space before 9:00 PM

You also agree to: only offer pre-approved products/services, operate only in your assigned category and space, bring your own 10x10 tent + table + chairs + trash can, maintain a clean and attended booth, comply with applicable permits, not use unauthorized energy or equipment, not transfer or share your space, and not sell or give away alcohol (especially to minors).

Vendor payment is non-refundable.

Vendor fees ($100, $250 or $550) are non-refundable. You can pay by:

Credit card — the festival sends a secure Stripe payment link to your email

For Zelle or check, upload a screenshot of your receipt with your application. For credit card, provide the email where you'd like the payment link sent.

Each vendor category has its own Google Form — choose the one that matches your category. With your application you'll upload a business logo. The festival team reviews every application and contacts you to confirm the next steps.

Colombian Fest offers four sponsorship tiers:

Bronze — $250
Silver — $500
Gold — $1,000
Diamond — $2,500

Every tier includes brand exposure on the festival's official screens and social media, VIP tickets and banner space — scaling up with the tier (2 VIP tickets at Bronze, 4 at Silver, 6 at Gold and 10 at Diamond).

Diamond sponsors also receive on-stage brand integration, category exclusivity, and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.
