Colombian Fest ATX brings the heart of Colombia and Latin America to Austin — live cumbia, vallenato, salsa and reggaetón, real food from authentic vendors, folkloric dance, and traditions like Paso Fino horses passed down through generations.

The festival
Colombian Fest takes place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex — 2001 N Kenney Fort Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665.
Gates open at 11:00 AM and the festival runs until 11:00 PM.
A full day of Colombian culture — live music, authentic Colombian food and a lineup of vendors. The main show plays across 3 huge screens so you never miss a moment, wherever you are on the grounds.

Vendors & food booths
Yes — Colombian Fest has three vendor categories, each with its own application form:
General Vendor — $100
Dessert & Snack Vendor — $250
Food Truck & Restaurant Vendor — $550
Pick the category that matches what you plan to sell.
Crafts, clothing, accessories, jewelry, professional services, community and informational booths, real estate, insurance and small businesses.
General Vendors cannot sell food, drinks, desserts, beverages or alcohol. You bring your own tent, tables, chairs and any equipment you need.
Desserts, pastries, candies, ice cream, coffee, packaged snacks and small non-alcoholic food items.
This category cannot sell beverages, full meals or alcohol.
Full meals, restaurant dishes, BBQ, food-truck menus, beverages, sodas, lemonades, juices, coffee and specialty drinks.
This category cannot sell alcohol, and the food permit is not included in the vendor fee.
No. Alcohol sales are exclusive to the festival organization. No vendor, in any category, may sell beer, liquor, cocktails or any alcoholic beverages.
General Vendor ($100): a valid ID is required. A Texas sales tax permit is optional.
Dessert & Snack Vendor ($250): a valid ID and a Food Handler or Food Manager certification are required. A food/health permit and a Texas sales tax permit are optional.
Food Truck & Restaurant Vendor ($550): a valid ID, a food/health permit and a Food Handler or Food Manager certification are required. A Texas sales tax permit is optional.
Every vendor agrees to:
1. Accept the festival rules.
2. Understand that the vendor payment is non-refundable.
3. Leave their assigned area clean.
4. Not sell alcohol.
5. Sell only pre-approved products.
6. Be responsible for their own permits, insurance and city/county compliance.
7. Authorize the festival to use photos and videos of their stand for promotion.
Vendor fees ($100, $250 or $550) are non-refundable. You can pay by:

For Zelle or check, upload a screenshot of your receipt with your application. For credit card, provide the email where you'd like the payment link sent.
Each vendor category has its own Google Form — choose the one that matches your category. With your application you'll upload a business logo. The festival team reviews every application and contacts you to confirm the next steps.

Colombian Fest offers four sponsorship tiers:
Bronze — $250
Silver — $500
Gold — $1,000
Diamond — $2,500

Every tier includes brand exposure on the festival's official screens and social media, VIP tickets and banner space — scaling up with the tier (2 VIP tickets at Bronze, 4 at Silver, 6 at Gold and 10 at Diamond).
Diamond sponsors also receive on-stage brand integration, category exclusivity, and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.
